Hangzhou Airlines Pilto Training Center is a VATSIM Authorized Training Organization (ATO) dedicated to providing structured, high-quality flight simulation training to help pilots develop real-world–based aviation knowledge and successfully achieve their VATSIM pilot ratings. Our programs emphasize standard operating procedures, airspace awareness, and professional airmanship in a realistic online flying environment.
我们采用 VATSIM 的 MCS 标准，并参考 FAA/CAAC 的培训大纲，以提供最真实且系统化的专业训练；同时通过 Moodle、Discord 和 VAMSYS 平台，为学员提供中文（普通话）和英文双语培训。
We adhere to VATSIM MCS standards and reference FAA and CAAC training syllabi to deliver highly realistic, structured, and comprehensive training. Instruction is offered in both Mandarin Chinese and English through Moodle, Discord, and VAMSYS platforms.

我们的教学理念以专业航空标准为核心，重点培养标准操作程序（SOP）、空域意识、无线电通信能力以及良好的航空决策能力，所有训练均在高度还原真实运行环境的在线飞行网络中进行。
培训支持中文（普通话）与英文双语授课，并通过 Moodle、Discord 与 VAMSYS 等学习与管理平台开展，确保学员能够获得完整的理论教学、实操训练以及详细的学习反馈。

We offer structured training programs aligned with the VATSIM pilot rating system, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical flight skills.
Training includes:
VATSIM Pilot Ratings: P1
VFR operations
Standard phraseology and ATC interaction
VATSIM COC, Navigation, airspace structure, and procedures
Aircraft handling and automation management
Training is conducted through a combination of self-paced ground school, instructor-led briefings, and supervised online flights.
